"Decent site, just a little clunky"
The website was fine for the most part. I was able to find the lenses I needed without much hassle, and checking out was straightforward, so that part was easy enough.
Some of the pages did feel a little slow, though, and the layout could be cleaner. I had to poke around more than I expected to find that thing, but overall it wasn’t bad, just kind of average

"Had a bad feeling after getting no response"
I reached out to customer service and waited days, but no one ever got back to me. After a while, it just felt like my messages were being ignored, and my gut says that’s not a great sign for how they handle customers.

"Bad packaging, and it just felt off"
I ordered from lensmateonline.com, my first gut reaction when the package arrived was not good. The box was bent up and looked like it had either been reused or tossed around carelessly.
The lenses were inside, but they weren’t secured properly and were just shifting around in the box. For something that fragile, I really expected more care. It gave me a bad feeling about the whole order, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again...

"A bit pricey for what it is"
I thought it was okay overall, but it felt a little expensive for what I got. The quality wasn’t bad, like it was fine, but it just didn’t really feel worth the price to me.

"Exchange worked out, but it was more hassle than I expected"
I ordered some lenses and ended up having to exchange them because the fit wasn’t right. The actual exchange process wasn’t too complicated, but it did take longer than I thought it would. Replies were kind of slow, and I had to follow up myself, which felt like extra work I really didn’t want to deal with. They did get it sorted in the end and sent the replacement without any major problems, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish it had been quicker and a little more straightforward.

"Something felt off"
I ordered lenses from lensmateonline and, from what I remember, the packaging just didn’t look quite right compared to what I’m used to. I can’t recall every little detail now, but the lenses also didn’t feel like my usual ones. Maybe I’m being picky, but I didn’t feel confident they were genuine, so I probably won’t order from them again.

"Frames broke way too fast"
Giving 1 star because the frame durability was poor.

They felt fine at first, but not long after, one arm loosened up and then cracked. I wasn’t rough with them, just normal daily wear.
Really frustrating. I expected them to last longer, so I probably won’t order frames from lensmateonline.com again

"Not the worst, but customer service fell short"
I reached out for help twice and didn’t get much out of it. The replies were quick, which I appreciate, but they were short and didn’t really solve the issue. I wanted to like the experience more, but it ended up being frustrating.

The site itself was straightforward and easy to navigate, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the lenses I originally wanted weren’t available in my size/power when I first checked. I had to come back later and eventually ended up choosing a different option. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I do wish the stock was a bit more reliable. It’s a little disappointing when you find what you want and then can’t actually get it.

"Assumed the tracking was behind, but it showed up"
I ordered and got my package in the end, so no big issue there. I did kind of assume something was going wrong at first because the tracking updates were slow and not super clear. Turns out it was fine, just not the most helpful tracking experience

I was disappointed with these lenses. From the first day I put them on, my vision just wasn’t clear. Everything had this slight blur to it, even after I cleaned them a few different times. I figured maybe my eyes needed a day or two to adjust, but nothing really changed. To make it more frustrating, the terms seemed to change after I ordered, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. Definitely not happy with this purchase

"Comfort is okay, but I felt a bit overlooked"
The lenses feel fine for the first few hours, but by the evening my eyes start getting dry. It’s not awful, but I was hoping for a little more comfort. I also kind of felt like my concerns weren’t really being paid attention to.

"Prescription check took longer than I hoped"
I ordered contacts and maybe I was just being impatient because I needed them soon, but the prescription verification felt way slower than expected. They also asked me for info I’m sure I had already provided, and I ended up having to follow up myself. It did get sorted in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the delay was definitely frustrating. Not the worst experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

I found my lenses quickly and got through checkout without much hassle. I expected it to take a little longer, but paying was quick and straightforward. One page did load a bit slowly, though everything went through fine in the end

I was able to return my item in the end, so that part worked out. But figuring out the rules was kind of a hit or miss experience, some parts were clear, while others felt a little confusing. I just wish the return policy was explained more simply upfront

"Lenses scratched way too easily"
The lenses just felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and they scratched way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought they’d be better, but... yeah. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

My order did show up in good condition, so I’m happy about that. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update as much as I would’ve liked, which made it a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, and I’d still consider ordering again if the shipping updates improve a bit

"Still reminds me of when I first got them"
I’ve been using these lenses for months now, and they’ve held up better than I expected. I remember putting them on the first time and being relieved by how clear everything looked, and they still have that same clarity even after regular use. Happy with them
